FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T SHOW UP TO MY APPOINTMENT OR NEED TO CANCEL?

Appointments that are not cancelled with greater than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee, except for extenuating circumstances.

WILL MY HEALTH INSURANCE COVER THERAPY?

Many insurance providers cover Registered Social Workers. I do not provide direct billing. A receipt will be provided to your e-mail upon payment for submission purposes.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

My booking platform is posted on the services page. If you are unsure how to navigate this page, please reach out using the contact form or e-mail me at stephaniedibiase@grandwellcounselling.ca

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM GOING TO BE LATE FOR AN APPOINTMENT?

Appointments will be held for 20 minutes. After this time you will be considered a no show. If you are going to be late, please send me an e-mail as soon as possible, as I may be able to push back your appointment at no charge.
